Workshop Highlights
Our Dynamic 4-in-1 SpeaksCraft Workshop provides students with the opportunity to delve into various avenues of self-expression in a longer, more immersive workshop setting.
- Gamified Learning:
- Instead of solely focusing on teaching speaking strategies and theories, we engage students in interactive games. This method ignites more enthusiasm among students and enables them to explore the excitement of public speaking.
- Thematic Workshops
- These workshops aim to turn learning speaking skills into an enjoyable and creative holiday activity. It’s a space for learning and playing.
- Establishing a central theme for the workshop helps students connect with the four genres of Drama, Debating, Public Speaking, and Creative Writing. This connection enhances their comprehension of how each genre impacts their skills as effective speakers.
- Equipping students with the necessary tools
- Educating individuals on the key elements of successful public speaking.
- Providing guidance on presentation skills.
- Sharing strategies for impromptu speaking and debate structuring.
- Conducted by qualified, Australian-educated, and talented Coaches
Outline of Activities:
- Introductions: Fear not, we’re here to get to know you!
- SPEAKS Model – After introductions we break down the essential points of effective communication.
- Public Speaking – Impromptu, Topical Speeches , Learning Speech Delivery
- Debating – Practising Reasoned thinking, Persuasive Arguments, Mock Debate
- Drama – Supporting Connection to Audience, Body Language, Eye Contact, Model Storytelling
- Creative Writing – Building Blocks, Imaginative Storytelling, Short Stories

- Feedback from the Coach
- Self Assessment
This does not serve as a fixed curriculum for every holiday workshop. Instead, it showcases examples of activities carried out under our SpeaksCraft Program. The coach customizes the content for each workshop based on the attendees and sets appropriate expectation based on year level and capability level.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS

- Join from the comfort of your home! Utilise your home base as the source of creativity and topical speaking.
- Open to anyone in any location (Note: the timings on our website are in AEST)
- Yes! Students will be asked to stand up and speak, just as in a classroom~
- The Zoom link and passcode are provided prior to the workshop commencing.
