Refund Policy for Talent Club Australia Pty Ltd

This policy outlines the conditions under which Talent Club Australia Pty Ltd (TCAL) will provide refunds for class enrolments.

Refunds due to Medical Reasons:

  1. In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical illness, emergency, or death of the student or immediate family member, TCAL may offer a full or partial refund at its discretion.
  2. Supporting documentation will need to be provided.
  3. A $50 cancellation fee will still apply as our classes have limited spots.

Refunds – Continuation of classes (Term Rollover):

  • As a part of its Service Talent Club Australia Pty Ltd enacts a ROLLOVER ( continuation ) of bookings for students at the end of each term.
  • Purchaser will receive email alerts for this service as an invoice, and then reminder alerts for non-payment of invoices and enactment of automatic payment to occur.
  • It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to be aware of any and all TCAL communications especially in reference to enrolments, invoices and payments.
  • If a Purchaser HAS requested a booking/enrolment adjustment or cancellation before the deadline for payment is reached – and a payment has been processed as confirmation of the booking – TCAL will offer use of paid funds as a credit towards future Term Bookings or Holiday Workshops.
  • TCAL will allow use of these funds to be transferred for another child that is a sibling or friend to attend the Program instead.
  • If the offer of a credit is not accepted – a refund may be offered BUT a $50 administration fee will be applied as well as third party transaction fees.

Refunds – Booking error:

  • A full refund of TCAL fee will be granted only if the following conditions are met:
    • The cancel request is made within 24 hours of booking the class through the UDIO portal.
    • If the student has not yet started attending any classes due to Selective / OC exams .
  • A $50 administration fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Additionally, any third-party fees incurred during the payment process will not be refunded.

No Refunds / Make Up Classes:

  • TCAL does not offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind after classes have commenced.
    • Lack of interest or engagement from the student.
    • Missed classes due to Purchaser error. (eg not checking payment receipts for date of class or location information, forgetting TCAL class commitments, etc)
  • TCAL may offer only ONE Make Up class at its discretion each term per child.
  • If offered, Make Up classes are an Online class attendance only.
  • Make Up classes will not be provided for the last session of any term booking.
  • The offer relies upon:
    • Prior to class parent communication of the possible issue with class attendance.
    • Availability of spots in the Online Class.

Refunds – Continuation of classes (Term Rollover):

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to TCAL.
  • TCAL reserves the right to cancel or change the class schedule or pricing structure at any time.
  • Class times, duration, and locations may vary depending on enrollment numbers.

We recommend Purchaser to carefully review the class details and assess your child’s interest before enrolling.
